Stainless steel construction, comprising hopper unit with material inlet, self-operating flap outlet, level switch and replaceable dust filter with automatic, pulse-jet filter purge.

Complete with hinged cover and electronic sequence controls, housed in side mounted control panel. (Controls can be remote-mounted, if preferred).

Powered by brushless, 1-phase, turbine vacuum pump.

Supplied complete with 3m flexible convey pipe and pick-up nozzle.

A “no -material” alarm is provided and the convey period is adjustable from the front of the controlboard.

A variety of machine hoppers is available with hinged covers, insulation and universal mounting adaptors.

Note:

The hopper that the D11P Hopper Loader is to be mounted on, must be of robust construction with a reinforced, well secured cover.

Operation

Vacuum pump generates powerful suction through the internal filter, causing material from any remote container to be conveyed into the hopper.

After the set convey time, the vacuum pump shuts off automatically, allowing material in the hopper to discharge by gravity thus opening the outlet flap.

When free of material, the flap closes and initiates a repeat filter-purge/convey/discharge sequence.
