DESCRIPTION

Stainless steel construction, comprising hopper unit with material inlet, self-operating flap outlet, level-switch and replaceable dust filter with automatic, pulse-jet filter purge.

OPERATION

Complete with hinged cover, flap access-door with vent and integral, electronic sequence controls.

(Controls can be remote mounted, if preferred).

Powered by 3-phase, side channel vacuum pump.

Supplied complete with 3m flexible vacuum pipe, 3m flexible convey pipe and pick-up nozzle.

Additional pipework and fittings available as optional extras.

A “no-material” alarm is provided which cuts the motor after 3 attempts.

The convey and reset periods are adjustable from the front of the control board.

Our C-PP or W range Hopper Loaders are suitable for fine powders.

A variety of machine hoppers is available with hinged covers, and universal mounting adaptors.
