DESCRIPTION

The DustBuster is designed to remove dust and other small particles from granular material. The unit is constructed from 304 stainless steel with a clear hinged front panel for easy access.

OPERATION

Remote mounted blowers create positive and negative pressure air flows through the DustBuster.

Dusty material enters in from the material inlet and flows down a mesh screen, where it is subjected to a series of anti static Ion beams.

The entering current of clean air then detaches any dust or foreign particles attached to each plastic granule.

The now clean material continues to flow down the mesh screen and exits via the clean

material outlet.

The dusty air is then extracted via the dusty air flow outlet by a second remote mounted air blower, and is collected in a secondary filter unit.
