DESCRIPTION

Stainless-steel hopper with hinged cover and hopper loader mounting-plate. Body is split, enabling easy cleandown.

Hopper is complete with air diffuser cones, sight-glass, slide-gate and drain-out.

Blower and Heater are mounted on side of Hopper.

External control panel houses mains isolator, adjustable temperature-controller, on/off switches, amperage meter, indicator lights, safety temperature cut-out and control gear.

Cyclones and filters are available for fitting to the dryer exhaust when dusty materials are being dried.

All models can be machine throat or floor-mounted. Various options of floor frame are available.

The HD Dryers can also be used as part of a Central Drying System using ambient or dry air as the drying medium. Systems are customised to suit customer’s precise needs and can include Quick-Material-Change features

Larger size dryers and customised arrangements are available to suit specific requirements
