S SERIES VACUUM CONVEYORS

For use with central vacuum pump / filter / control system

	Description Stainless steel construction, comprising hopper unit with internal, non-return valve on material inlet, self-operating flap outlet, proximity level switch and air/material separation screen. Complete with hinged cover incorporating compressed air operated vacuum valve for connection via remote filter unit to remote vacuum pump. The side mounted junction box includes a metal clad quick release connection for the control cable.
	Operation Governed by remote control, vacuum valve opens to powerful suction generated by remote vacuum pump, causing material from any remote container to be conveyed into the hopper. After the set convey time, the vacuum valve closes allowing material in the hopper to discharge by gravity thus opening the outlet flap. When free of material, the flap closes and initiates a repeat/convey/discharge sequence.
	Dusty Materials Series S conveyors are ideal for handling dusty materials and powders where some degree of carry over to the remote filter is desirable or acceptable. For 100% retention of fine powders at the conveyor select the Jenco Vacuum Conveyor Series W.
